There will be two social events:
- On Wednesday afternoon there will be an excursion to Blankenese and the Elbe river. We will leave in several smaller group between 13:45 and 14:15 from the Bus station "Trabrennbahn Bahrenfeld", (close to the Mercure hotel). Look here for details of the excursion.
- On Thursday evening there will be the conference dinner. All registered participants are invited to join this, in case that you want to do so we need to know which kind of menu (fish, veal or vegetarian) you want. Most of you have indicated this at the registration, if this does not apply to you please tell Birgit Mehrabadi until Tuesday lunch time which kind you want.
The dinner starts at 19:00. We will leave for the dinner in two groups, the first one more or less immediately after the last talk on Thursday directly from the lecture hall. The second group meets between 17:50 and 18:10 at the Bus station "Trabrennbahn Bahrenfeld", (close to the Mercure hotel).
The way to the restaurant is also described here on the website and here in a separate pdf-file.
