Arpan Saha
I am a postdoctoral researcher working in the Emmy Noether Group for String Mathematics, led by Murad Alim at the University of Hamburg. I maintain a more up-to-date website here.
I wrote my dissertation, Twists of quaternionic Kähler manifolds, under the supervision of Vicente Cortés. I defended on 29th April, 2020. Further details about me are available in my CV.
Research
I am broadly interested in the differential geometry of moduli spaces that arise in physics and related topics. This includes in particular:
- Quaternionic Kähler and hyperkähler manifolds
- Special geometry and the c- and r-map constructions
- Twist construction applied to hypercomplex geometries
- The Hull–Strominger system and its moduli space
- Exact WKB, resurgence, and topological strings
- Mirror symmetry in Calabi–Yau manifolds and Higgs bundle moduli spaces
Here is a list of my preprints and publications:
