Homothetic foliations on Kähler manifolds I
Abstract: Recent classification results for Kähler manifolds admitting homothetic foliations by complex curves, obtained in joint work with S. Chiossi, will be explained. I will spend some time describing the main classes of examples, as well as outlining what the difficulties are in the general version of the classification problem, when the leaves of the foliation have arbitrary dimension.
