The proceedings volume has been published as volume 17 in the series TRENDS IN LOGIC (Kluwer Academic Publishers) under the title
The papers underwent a thorough peer review. This review was based
on the criteria mentioned at the conference a couple of times:
On top of
the usual criteria of correctness and high quality, we think
that the
ideal paper for this proceedings volume describes certain techniques
at the level of understanding of a knowledgeable but not
necessarily specialized researcher, applies the techniques to an
illustrative example, and then moves on to list open problems that
might possibly be tackled with these techniques.
