I graduated from the University of Lübeck with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computational Life Science in 2015. Later I worked as a software engineer in IT security. Since december 2017 I have been a PhD student in the research group for Mathematical Methods in Medical Imaging of Jun.-Prof. Dr. Christina Brandt. From 2018 to 2021 I was an officer of the SIAM & GAMM Student Chapter Hamburg.

Research Interests

  • Magnetic Particle Imaging
  • Image Reconstruction
  • Dynamic inverse Problems

Theses

  • Master thesis: "Motion compensated reconstruction of short scan CT Data", University of Lübeck / Philips Healthcare, 2015.
  • Bachelor thesis: "Low dose SPECT-reconstruction using the EM-TV method", University of Lübeck, 2012.
