|  | DCM 2012 8th International Workshop on
Developments
in Computational
Models
 A satellite workshop of CiE 2012
 Sunday, 17 June 2012;
Corpus Christi College;
Cambridge, England
 Several new models of computation have emerged in the last few years, and many developments of
traditional computational models have been proposed with the aim of taking into account the new
demands of computer systems users and the new capabilities of computation engines. The aim of the
workshop series Developments in Computational Models is to bring together researchers who are
currently developing new computational models or new features for traditional computational models,
in order to foster their interaction, to provide a forum for presenting new ideas and work in
progress, and to enable newcomers to learn about current activities in this area.
 DCM 2012 is part of the celebrations of the Turing Centenary and is a satellite event of
the conference Computability in Europe. It will take place on 17 June, the day before the
Bletchley Park excursion of CiE 2012.
 Registration for DCM 2012 is
is integrated with the registration
for CiE 2012. If you wish to attend
both, please register normally (e.g., standard or student registration) for CiE 2012 and tick the
box
DCM registration at the bottom of the Programme page. If you only wish to attend DCM,
but not CiE, use the option DCM registration only at the beginning. Registration
for DCM is £50 before May 24th and £60 after that.
