If you plan to attend the joint dinner taking place at the Stadtcafe Ottensen in the evening at 19:30, please send an email to Frau Ullmann before November 9 , also indicating whether you will be accompanied.

You will find the building Lab.1b slightly to the left of the map's centre. To reach the restaurant Stadtcafe Ottensen (Behringstraße 42) from DESY: Click here for a printable map and instructions how to reach the restaurant. Take the bus no. 1 at the bus stop "Zum Hünengrab/DESY" (at DESY's main entrance Notkestraße) in the direction "Bahnhof Altona", get off (after approx. 10-15 minutes) at the stop "Kreuzkirche", continue to walk along the Behringstraße for 1-2 minutes. The single fare for the ride is 2,60€, daily tickets "9-Uhr-Tageskarte Großbereich Hamburg" valid also to get to DESY from the train stations (after 9 o'clock) cost 5,10€. Daily tickets for groups (up to 5 persons) cost 8,60€. New: For the participants from outside Hamburg, a bus is organised to take people to the restaurant. Later at night it will go once from the restaurant to the Altona train station and back to DESY. Note that parking in the vicinity of the restaurant might be difficult.
